A non-refundable $275.00 Advanced Registration Deposit (ARD) is due by May 1, or within three weeks of your offer of admission (if after May 1), in order to secure your spot in the incoming class.
Submit payments online via your MyKU portal at myku.kutztown.edu. Login information, including Network ID and password, are provided in this acceptance packet. For assistance, please contact the Office of Admissions.
Within 7 days of submitting your deposit, you will receive information about setting up your student email account. This communication will be sent to the primary email address that you provided in your application. If you have not received information regarding this within 7 days of submitting your deposit, please contact the IT Help Desk at 610-683-1511. When calling, please be sure to have your Network ID and password available.
Please log into your MyKU portal at myku.kutztown.edu. You will need your Network ID and password in order to log in. When entering the Network ID please omit the @live.kutztown.edu portion. To be considered for financial aid, please file your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at www.fafsa.gov. Applications are available starting October 1. Please be sure to list Kutztown University as a recipient of this information. Our school code is 003322. The priority deadline for incoming students is February 15. You need not apply for on-campus housing. Receipt of your Advanced Registration Deposit will put you in housing if you have indicated you wish to live on campus on your application. Incoming students are required to attend an orientation session to meet with their advisor, select courses, and receive their schedule for the upcoming term. For your convenience, a wide range of orientation sessions are available throughout the summer. Students and parents do not need to attend the same sessions. Further information regarding registration and programming will be sent to you via mail and email. For assistance, please contact the Orientation Program at 610-683-4088.
In order to complete enrollment and secure financial aid, all students are required to submit their official high school and/or college transcripts, including the most recent grades and an official signature with graduation date. Transcripts that are sent through Parchment are considered official. We will not accept final transcripts submitted via fax or email.
